Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Operations Assistant to support our daily advertising operations. This role focuses on downloading and organising data from advertising accounts, monitoring costs, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, able to follow established processes, and capable of completing tasks independently within deadlines.

Working Scheduled:

Monday - Friday 1:00 AM - 8:30 AM (with 1 hour paid break in between)/ 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Saturday:1:00 AM-8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Download and collect daily data from various advertising accounts and platforms.
Organise and maintain downloaded data in the required format for internal tracking and reporting.
Monitor advertising costs and ensure figures are recorded accurately.
Conduct routine administrative tasks based on established procedures and instructions.
Manage assigned tasks independently and ensure all daily work is completed on time.
