What You’ll Do
- Prepare and enter alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into system databases
- Review documents for errors or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed
- Verify and validate case data using various websites to ensure accuracy
- Maintain data accuracy by checking entries against source documents and correcting errors
- Follow data security procedures, perform daily backups, and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, emailing, proofreading, and other assigned duties
- 2+ years of voice or administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in handling high-volume data entry and outbound call management, with a background in supporting US-based clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software, with accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time (9:00PM – 6:00AM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
