What You’ll Do

  • Enter and update data from multiple sources with accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Review client files to confirm records are complete, accurate, and current.
  • Detect and resolve data discrepancies, flagging anomalies and seeking clarification when needed.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to enhance workflow efficiency and seamless data management.
  • Support large-scale data entry projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.


Key Criteria

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in high-volume data entry with a proven record of speed and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for clear documentation and client interaction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with case management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data completeness, consistency, and quality.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
