Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Information Technology/Accounting
5 years of experience as a developer and/or data engineer preferably for the banking sector and financial services sector.
Experience in data technologies and systems such as SQL, PowerBI, Python etc.
Experience in Azure DevOps.
Experience with Azure Data Ecosystem with tool such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Azure Blob storage, Azure SQL Databases and PowerBI
Experience in setting up DataMarts
Able to liaise with relevant IT teams to develop effective solutions.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Experience working with ITIL and/or Scrum/Agile frameworks.
Preferred
Experience in developing infrastructure and deployment automation scripts for Azure environments.
Certificates on the Azure platform such as AZ-900 and/or DP-900 and up.

About The Role
The purpose of this engagement is to assist the Improving clients Data Assets (IADA) Program in the development of DataMart. The Senior developer will play a key role in designing and building the DataMart and dataflows, leading other data developers and optimizing the technical implementation and ensuring the timely delivery of the solution.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
The developer will work directly with the IADA Program in client’s IT department. Specifically, the Developer will:
Support the design of an adequate solution architecture.
Extract data from relevant (online) sources using various ingestion methods.
Ensuring compliance with Data Platform Architecture (AIDE) and Software Engineering standards.
Building a stable and performing datamart solution conform functional and technical requirements.
Build data pipelines that feed data into the data marts according to the data model.
Set-up CI/CD pipelines to deploy solution components.
Leverage technical component such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Azure Blob storage, Azure SQL Databases and PowerBI
Participate in project cycle and complete project artefacts where applicable.
Work with the IADA team to ensure the timely delivery of project objectives.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
