We are looking for an experienced Data and Performance Manager to join our Operations Team to help us deliver Operational management information and data analysis.

What will you do as a Data and Performance Manager?
Reporting to the Senior Data and Performance Manager, leading a team of two to four Data and Process Analysts, you will be responsible for delivering four key outcomes
- To develop and deliver effective Management Information visualisations and data analysis to support robust operational delivery and enable effective decision making for Education Operations.
- To develop and deliver low or no-cost Process Improvement solutions through utilisation of automation tools such as Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint and other M365 applications for Operations and the wider organisation,
- To manage the provision of data and actionable intelligence in response to serious issues and incidents and to coordinate data reporting and analysis to meet the demands of regulatory stakeholders in carrying out their oversight responsibilities when such issues arise
- To champion and drive data best practice and stronger engagement with (and better leveraging of) AI, data and automation opportunities.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
An ideal candidate brings strong demonstrable experience in
Power BI and SQL, alongside strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Essential:
- 2–3 years' hands-on experience using Power BI, including building dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver clear, actionable insights
- Proven experience extracting, transforming, and analysing data using SQL, with a strong understanding of querying, joins, and data validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex requirements
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate insights and influence decision-making
Desirable:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Python (e.g. pandas or PySpark) for data analysis or transformation
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Excel, with experience delivering reporting or automation solutions
- Familiarity with operational data and reporting across UK and/or international environments
