Data Analytics Associate - MariBank

Job Description

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and extract actionable insights to increase digital products engagement, improve customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and assess the performance of digital banking products and features.
• Improve team documentation, including metric documentation, data dictionaries, code documentation, process documentation, and other relevant documentation.
• Work with different stakeholders to define metrics, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of SeaBank business, product and operations
  
  

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree and above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, and other related fields
• At least 4-8 years of working experience in business analytics related roles, preferably in the financial services, digital banking, & telco industries.
• Has demonstrated experience in statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, time series analysis, and clustering.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
• Must be proficient in R, Python, and SQL
• Working knowledge in REST APIs, Selenium, Google Apps Script, and Data Visualization is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
