What You’ll Do

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Customer Insights – Journeys, Sales, and Fundraising & Engagement.
  • Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps to enhance system functionality.
  • Develop and manage Azure integrations, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Support the application lifecycle management process, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, data management, and system governance.


Key Criteria

  • 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
  • Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, and Power Automate for custom solutions and workflows.
  • Strong experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, and Service Bus for system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-driven Apps development.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
