Your Role

As a CXone Proactive XS Studio and API Integration Specialist, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated communication workflows and scripting solutions for outbound and inbound processes.
• Build and support REST API integrations using JSON payloads, authentication models, and data mapping to connect external systems and internal platforms.
• Develop routing logic, reusable workflow components, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize workflow scripts, integrations, and system performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation and integration solutions.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong experience in workflow automation, scripting, or process development.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, authentication methods, and API-driven integrations.
• Proficiency in JSON manipulation, data mapping, and integration logic.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience integrating communication workflows with CRM or enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing automated outbound communication strategies or large-scale workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with contact governance concepts, including suppression rules and compliance logic.
• Experience developing automation for campaign management, workflow administration, or system synchronization.
• Certifications or training in automation platforms, scripting frameworks, or integration technologies are an advantage.
