What You'll Do

• Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Data entry, job sheet management, and invoicing
• Supporting field technicians with daily job allocation
• General office admin tasks and filing
• Liaising with suppliers and clients as needed
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
• Manage client communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate plumbing jobs, on-site services, and travel logistics.
• Dispatch and schedule plumbing service calls, coordinate team calendars, handle customer correspondence, and arrange travel logistics.
• Oversee daily operational scheduling, manage client inquiries, and coordinate vendor/contractor meetings and travel arrangements.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with exceptional attention to detail.
• High adaptability and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn.
• With previous admin experience (trades or construction industry preferred).
• Tech-literate with hands-on experience using office software and dispatch/scheduling platforms.
