Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Exam Proctor serves as the primary point of contact for students and prospective enrollees, providing exceptional support and guidance regarding CLTC’s certification programs and courses. This individual will manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries, proctor student examinations, and provide administrative and logistical support to the Corporate Nurse Educator. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to learners and faculty alike.
