Key Responsibilities Customer Service
Answer incoming service requests from customers promptly, professionally, and courteously. o Document customer concerns, service needs, and other relevant information accurately.
Utilize and understand the Axxon control website for customers who are on the Controls platform.
Schedule emergency service work with customers/property superintendents.
Ensure that all service requests are entered into the system correctly to facilitate efficient job completion.
Verify that technicians have completed service calls, and that any necessary recommendations or follow-up actions are documented.
Compile and send detailed job reports to customers upon service completion.
Follow up with customers after work is performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Procure equipment quotes from plumbing and heating supply houses
Prepare equipment repair estimates for customers.
Review service notes of heating technicians and add clarity when necessary.
Compliance or Manage the end-to-end process of boiler compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Handle compliance documentation, coordinating inspections and testing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with customers and regulatory bodies.
Draft and submit quotes for compliance related work, ensuring accuracy and transparency for all areas including the following:
Compliance packets
ABI
Triennials o Violations
LL87
Backflow Testing
OP-29 o Oil Tank Testing
Non Negotiables
Previous experience in customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (experience with BuildOps is a plus) and Slack for team communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and remain calm under pressure.
College Degree in Mechanical Engineering a plus
HVAC experience a plus.
