The Opportunity

Proactively support insurance claimants by initiating outreach to collect essential information for claims investigations. This is a project-based role for 12-months contract, with potential to transition into a permanent setup.

What Youll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to claimants involved in insurance cases.
  • Contact individuals to schedule appointments and gather information required to progress claim investigations.
  • Handle objections and persuade customers to cooperate with the process.
  • Record accurate call notes and case updates in the claims management system.


Key Criteria

  • 1–3 years of experience in a call centre or telephony-based role (outbound or inbound).
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls confidently.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail when recording notes.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional when handling frustrated or resistant customers.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with UK business hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
