OpsWerks is hiring a Culture Strategy Lead, an individual contributor role, to own how our organization defines, lives, and communicates its culture — from our Beliefs, Vision, Mission, and Methods (BVMM) to the everyday experience of our people. This is a senior, cross-functional role at the intersection of People, Culture, Brand, and Leadership, built for someone who pairs strategic and organizational thinking with strong creative and storytelling instincts.
You'll turn culture strategy into experiences, behaviors, stories, and programs that employees can understand, feel, remember, and authentically represent — and that hold up to how OpsWerks is actually perceived from the outside.
Own and evolve OpsWerks' Culture Strategy, anchoring it in our Beliefs, Vision, Mission, and Methods (BVMM) and aligning it with business priorities and senior leadership objectives.
Translate BVMM and organizational values into culture priorities, principles, and initiatives that employees can understand and live day to day.
Partner with Employee Experience and People Business Partnership (PBP) team, L&D and other relevant HR functions to assess whether people practices, leadership behaviors, and processes reinforce the culture we aspire to — and use employee insights and data to close the gaps where they don't.
Work cross-functionally with PBP, Marketing, Product Group, L&D, Leadership, and employees to keep culture priorities aligned and consistently represented across the organization.
Partner with senior leadership to translate organizational aspirations into culture priorities, and help leaders authentically communicate and demonstrate our values through their own behavior.
Develop and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and organizational positioning, grounded in the culture we authentically experience today and the one we intend to build.
Build an employee advocacy approach that lets employees represent OpsWerks through their own experiences, stories, and voices.
Partner with Marketing to align the corporate brand with the people/culture narrative — culture and employee experience are the substance behind the brand story, not the other way around.
Turn culture strategy into creative formats: employee stories, leadership narratives, internal campaigns, events, communities, and digital content — pushing past the expected way to execute a brief.
Establish culture and brand governance so how OpsWerks presents itself externally (social, careers content, campaigns) stays consistent with the real employee experience.
Monitor employee sentiment, engagement data, social listening, and market intelligence, and build measures that show the impact of culture work on advocacy, reputation, and talent attraction.
Explore AI, automation, and emerging formats to better understand our people and tell OpsWerks' organizational story.
