Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in National Capital Region as Credit Officers.

In this role, you will ensure accurate and thorough verification, perform independent credit analysis, and make informed recommendations. You will underwrite loans, make approval decisions, and escalate cases requiring higher-level review to safeguard business objectives.

What The Role Will Entail

• Assess and make decisions on loan applications within authority levels and service standards
• Achieve required loan approval volumes to meet business and financial targets
• Perform thorough credit analysis and risk assessment across consumer lending products
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks or deviations to the appropriate approving authority
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in either Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in credit underwriting or analysis
• Strong working knowledge of consumer lending products such as auto loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and credit cards
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams
