About The Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Finance - Credit and Collection

Reporting to: Credit Team Leader - Account Management

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (On-site)

As a Credit Associate, you will be responsible for providing reliable and sufficient credit investigation that will be a basis for sales order approval.

Other responsibilities include:

• Processes re-ci accounts, accounts applying for terms and credit limit increase.
• Conducts credit investigations of major suppliers and banks of existing accounts.
  
  
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply!
• Customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise communication with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset for accurate assessment and processing of credit applications.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, with the aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
