Creative Officer

The Creative Officer leads the creative development and visual design operations of the bank, driving the integration of artificial intelligence in the design process. The role ensures that all creative assets—spanning campaigns, digital experiences, and institutional communications—uphold BPI’s brand identity while leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, precision, and storytelling impact.

Core Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Directs and mentors the Design Team to deliver visually compelling and brand-aligned materials across multimedia, digital, and experiential platforms.
• AI Integration: Embeds AI-powered tools into the design workflow to improve creative efficiency, personalization, and scalability.
• Governance & Standards: Establishes and enforces creative and ethical standards for AI-generated materials, ensuring brand safety, compliance, and data integrity.
• Collaboration: Works closely with the AI Content Officer, Brand Strategy, Digital, and IMC teams to deliver unified storytelling and cohesive campaign executions.
• Innovation & Capability Building: Monitors emerging AI design trends, pilots new tools, and drives upskilling programs to advance creative capability within the organization.
• Operational Excellence: Manages production timelines, resources, and vendor partnerships to deliver projects efficiently and within budget.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
• At least 10 years of experience in creative design or multimedia production, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, D-ID) in professional creative work.
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems, visual storytelling, and user experience principles.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
