Corporate Wellness Case Manager Physician Makati

The Corporate Wellness Case Manager | Physician will be at the forefront of our corporate clients employee wellness and safety programs. They are instrumental in providing expert medical oversight, managing complex health cases, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment for office-based professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day medical consultations and expert case management for employees, with a primary focus on the prevention and long-term management of chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes).
• Develop and implement strategic, evidence-based corporate wellness programs, including health education lectures and initiatives designed to address the specific health risks of an office-based workforce.
• Serve as a primary medical advisor to client HR and management teams, providing guidance on employee health matters, medical leaves, and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Analyze aggregated employee health data to identify chronic disease trends and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help clients improve overall workforce health and reduce absenteeism.
• Ensure all wellness programs and health recommendations comply with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.

• Registered physician with active PRC license, preferably with a Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) certification.
• Preferably with 2-5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine, is a plus.
• Knowledge in Google Workspace applications.
• Must work onsite in Makati.
