Job Description

  • Drive B2B Sales by connecting with companies and decision-makers.
  • Sell Corporate Salary Loan Programs tailored to each client's needs.
  • Act as trusted advisor, breaking down financial solutions in a clear and helpful manner.
  • Spot new opportunities, create sales strategies, and turn ideas to results.
  • Hit targets for new business and account renewals, while keeping client relationship strong.
  • Explore and grow business in new and untapped industries.
  • Build long term partnerships based on trust, value and results.
  • Handle full sales cycle, including:
    • Prospecting and Pitching
    • Client Meetings and Presentations
    • Negotiation and Closing
    • Program Set-up and Roll-out
    • Client Support and Renewal
Minimum Qualifications

  • Atleast 5 years experience in sales, client management, or any related role.
  • Background in banking, financial servcies and B2B sales is a plus.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your accounts end-to-end.
  • Relationship builder who knows how to keep clients coming back.
