Job Description

Drive B2B Sales by connecting with companies and decision-makers.
Sell Corporate Salary Loan Programs tailored to each client's needs.
Act as trusted advisor, breaking down financial solutions in a clear and helpful manner.
Spot new opportunities, create sales strategies, and turn ideas to results.
Hit targets for new business and account renewals, while keeping client relationship strong.
Explore and grow business in new and untapped industries.
Build long term partnerships based on trust, value and results.
Handle full sales cycle, including:

Prospecting and Pitching
Client Meetings and Presentations
Negotiation and Closing
Program Set-up and Roll-out
Client Support and Renewal

Minimum Qualifications

Atleast 5 years experience in sales, client management, or any related role.
Background in banking, financial servcies and B2B sales is a plus.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your accounts end-to-end.
Relationship builder who knows how to keep clients coming back.
