Overseeing CI tasks/trainings ensuring all are done within the expected timeline
Supporting future Warehouse expansion deployment where NFTEs cannot be assigned
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure CI initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained within the WHs
Driving CI initiatives with strong ownership, accountability, and consistency
Coaching new CI members and supporting floor operations

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in teaching or training or any related fields.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Proficient in Google Apps (Google Slide, Google Sheets , etc)
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Strong ownership, accountability, and consistency in execution
