Job Description

Remedy is looking for a Content Lead that would lead growth and performance across all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Web) by developing and launching high-ROI campaigns to consistently generate sales and new customers and overseeing CRM initiatives (The Remedy Circle) to drive conversions, revenue, and customer retention.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Lead and launch a minimum of 5 sales-generating campaigns annually with an ROI of at least 10x.
  • Increase new customer attribution from non-Instagram channels by at least 20% per year.
  • Achieve annual target revenue contribution from Content & Performance initiatives.
  • Spearhead, innovate, and continuously optimize The Remedy Circle CRM (email, SMS, website funnels).
  • Improve CRM attribution rate across email newsletters, website activity, and SMS marketing.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels for incremental growth.
  • Work closely with the Paid Ads, Creative, and Sales teams to align messaging, offers, and campaign rollouts.
  • Analyze performance metrics, ROAS, channel health, and attribution data to guide decisions.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling and growth across all channels.
  • Creates, sets, tracks, and reports clear performance goals and team SLAs.
  • Coaches and manages the productivity and performance of team members by managing workload distribution and resource allocation.
  • Coordinates with Creative Lead to align creative work with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
  • Conducts regular content reviews, in collaboration with the Brand Manager
  • Communicates all Management directives and department goals to team members.
  • Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
  • Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.
  • Lives out the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization.
  • Adheres to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years in content strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing with experience in project management
  • At least 1 year of people management.
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
  • Expertise in content funnels, acquisition channels, and attribution
  • Experience with growth hacking or experimentation frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
