Job Brief

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking a highly experienced White Collar Recruitment Resourcer to support an Australian recruitment agency client across the Construction and Engineering sectors.

This role will focus heavily on sourcing and engaging candidates for white-collar, professional and technical recruitment roles — including construction management, engineering, project management, estimating and quantity surveying — covering high-volume candidate sourcing, talent pooling, candidate communication, ATS updates, interview coordination and shortlist preparation. Sourcing will be focused on candidates based in Australia.

The role is suited to someone who is confident working across fast-moving professional recruitment environments, understands the pace and demands of white-collar construction and engineering recruitment, and can support Australian recruitment consultants by identifying reliable, suitable and qualified candidates quickly and professionally.

The candidate must have strong experience sourcing candidates across areas such as construction management, civil, structural, mechanical or electrical engineering, project management, quantity surveying, estimating, design and other white-collar disciplines within the construction and engineering sectors.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in recruitment as a senior resourcer.
• MUST HAVE 2+ years' experience supporting Australian recruitment agencies in the white-collar construction and engineering sector.
• Experience sourcing candidates using SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and ATS platforms.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar.
• Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
• Ability to write clear candidate summaries and shortlist notes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Familiarity with the AU white-collar construction and engineering job market is highly regarded.
• AI-native, with the ability to use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, candidate summaries and workflow efficiency.
  
  
  

• Source suitable candidates for Australian client roles (White Collar roles), with a strong focus on the AU market, across SEEK, LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate records across ATS, CRM and task management systems.
• Track recruitment pipelines, interview progress, client feedback and outstanding actions.
• Support recruitment consultants with market mapping, talent pooling and salary benchmarking.
• Post and manage job advertisements where required.
• Assist with reference checks, compliance checks and documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, clients and internal recruitment teams.
