What You’ll Do

  • Analyze salary data, market trends, and internal pay structures to support strategic reward decisions.
  • Build and contribute to market data reports, salary surveys, and remuneration dashboards.
  • Complete job benchmarking and provide market‑aligned recommendations to leaders.
  • Assist with annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and operational execution of cyclical reward processes.
  • Maintain and update Workday (HRIS) and remuneration databases.
  • Provide first‑line support to HR Business Partners and managers on pay‑related queries.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in remuneration, HR analytics, or a related data‑focused HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data, benchmark roles, and identify trends.
  • Solid understanding of pay structures, market benchmarking, or compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (especially Workday) and market survey tools.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights for HR and business leaders.
  • A proactive mindset with the willingness to solve problems, improve processes, and adapt to changing priorities.


Work setup:

    • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours (6 AM – 3PM) in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite; 2 days WFH)
