We are hiring for a Commis Chef.

As a Commis Chef, We Rely On You To

• Ensure awareness of the importance of good, quality food and hence, make every effort to prepare the best food possible.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the hotel and his/her kitchen’s facilities and personnel involved.
• Have a knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents
• Be aware of the hotel fire and safety and emergency procedures.
• Ensure that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions
• Assist in food stock taking as required
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the management
• Contribute and work as a team in the general operations of the kitchen(s), offering to assist fellow colleagues when required
  
  

• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Is at least a Culinary College Graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has traits of being creative, rational, productive, and a team player
• Is an action-oriented and able to adapt easily
• Can go with extra miles to exceed colleague and guest expectations
• Is flexible and adaptable to different working locations
