What You’ll Do

  • Managing and following up on accounts over 30 days past due to ensure prompt collection
  • Sending invoices and proactively resolving billing or payment issues
  • Communicating directly with clients to address invoice discrepancies and overdue balances
  • Researching and responding to payment and invoice inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential billing and accounting records in line with policies and regulations
  • Escalating unresolved disputes to management and supporting audit requirements
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as phone support, filing, scanning, and documentation


Key Criteria

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, with hands-on exposure to billing and/or collections
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as managing documents in formats such as PDF and TIFF
  • A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations, with a strong commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time (10:00PM – 7:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
