Play a key role for business unit collections activity and ensuring timely receipt of payment by monitors aging accounts, sends out regular communication and works directly with corporate clients.

What Youll Do

  • Review 30+ day aging accounts and reach out to clients to collect outstanding payments.
  • Send current or past-due invoices and follow up on billing concerns.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve invoice discrepancies and recover overdue balances.
  • Research and respond to payment and invoice inquiries while maintaining accurate, confidential records.
  • Report unresolved disputes to management, support audits, and perform general clerical tasks as needed.


Key Criteria

  • Has experience in collections, accounts receivable or similar roles.
  • Proficient in general computer operations and telephone systems.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and common file formats including PDF and TIFF.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.


Work setup:

Manila (BGC, Taguig): US EST (8pm - 5am, PHT), with a daily on-site setup.
