THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a trusted U.S.-based organization specializing in independent medical evaluations, peer reviews, and healthcare compliance solutions, is seeking a Clinical Review Analyst to join their growing operations team. The company is recognized for combining advanced technology with clinical expertise to deliver accurate, efficient, and secure medical documentation services for the legal and insurance sectors nationwide.

As a Clinical Review Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating clinical reports and documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to medical and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and internal departments to validate information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain precise data records. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in critical thinking, have a strong attention to detail, and are eager to transition their clinical background into a structured, analytical environment outside the bedside setting.

This position is based onsite at our BGC office and follows a night shift schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM PHT). The successful candidate will also receive a PHP 50,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed reviews of clinical documentation and reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Evaluate records for compliance with internal quality metrics and applicable medical or regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with medical professionals and internal teams to clarify data and resolve discrepancies
  • Input, track, and manage clinical documentation within designated digital systems and databases
  • Prepare and maintain organized records supporting review outcomes and audit readiness
  • Respond to documentation-related inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Identify process gaps or quality issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Support audit initiatives and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to established procedures
  • Collaborate with management to enhance documentation workflows and data integrity measures
  • Participate in team initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and report quality


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Graduate of any Allied Health (Nursing, Physical Therapy, Radtech, Medtech, etc)
  • Experienced in clerical or administration support for medical or healthcare account
  • Experienced in handling or reviewing medical data or documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written; must be comfortable in taking phone calls and high-volume emails.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to stay focused and adaptable under pressure and shifting priorities
