We are seeking a Client Manager to own and manage the end-to-end client execution process—from prequalification through onboarding, application submission, reporting, and ongoing client management. This role is central to delivering a seamless client experience and ensuring operational success. You will collaborate closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to keep clients moving through the process smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. What Youll Be Responsible For

Client Intake & Pre-Qualification

  • Pre-qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment with eligibility criteria and internal standards
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of initial client information prior to onboarding

Client Onboarding & Application Management

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process
  • Enter and maintain accurate client application data within internal systems
  • Collect, review, and verify required client documentation
  • Prepare and submit applications on behalf of clients

Client Management & Execution Support

  • Track and manage application outcomes and funding decisions
  • Maintain proactive, professional client communication and status updates
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure all client records remain current, compliant, and well-organized

Billing, Reporting & Portal Management

  • Prepare and issue client invoices aligned with milestones
  • Update and maintain client portal with application status, documentation, and results
  • Maintain internal reporting requirements, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent data

Reporting & Presentation Support

  • Prepare client-facing and internal presentations
  • Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational visibility as needed

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients experience a smooth, professional, and well-communicated process
  • Applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
  • Internal data and reporting are reliable and audit-ready
  • Leadership has clear visibility into pipeline status and outcomes
  • Operations scale efficiently without chaos or rework

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in client operations, client management, onboarding, or process-driven roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience with applications, documentation, and structured workflows
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High ownership mentality with responsibility for accuracy and outcomes
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, lending, or professional services
  • Familiarity with CRMs, client portals, and internal reporting systems including Microsoft Office
  • Experience preparing client or executive-level presentations

Work Schedule

  • 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila Time (Monday - Friday)

  • Hybrid Arrangement
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
