Job Description

Main Responsibility: Responsible for acquiring new clients and retention

Job Responsbilties

  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients and partnerships.
  • Perform proactive outbound calls, emails, and/or other means of communication to engage and onboard potential clients.
  • Deliver and present the company materials related to financial education and product offerings
  • Available for local and international travel to represent the company and its products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Assists clients, and prospects with inquiries and issues related to the company’s products and services.
  • Manage CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and activities.
  • Able to perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any course;
  • Fresh graduate or with work experience in client acquisition or sales; good to have a background in Financial Markets;
  • Excellent verbal skills;
  • Good Analytic skills;
  • High motivation and results-oriented mindset.
