What You’ll Do

  • Investigate cost variances and resolve credit claims accurately.
  • Perform invoice and statement reconciliations, support accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain, cleanse, and analyse data across Cora systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the Billing & Accounts Team Leader.


Key Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or relevant logistics/freight experience.
  • Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in the logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in basic MS Excel skills and CRM or financial systems experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH) after a 6-month onsite probation.
