What You’ll Do
Be the primary point of contact for claims, managing the process from lodgment through to timely settlement.
Take ownership of preparing, processing, monitoring, and proactively following up on claims and documentation.
Work closely with clients, insurers, underwriters, assessors, and legal advisors to achieve strong outcomes.
Deliver exceptional, value ‑ aligned service and keep clients and stakeholders informed throughout the claims journey.
Support brokers and management across renewals, new business, endorsements, and quotes.
Build strong working relationships with insurers and claims teams to support success.
Maintain accurate records and work within compliance, while continuing your professional development.
Key Criteria
At least 3 years of experience in Insurance broking processing.
Prior experience in working with Australian insurance, broking or claims processesis desirable.
Working experience with Winbeat, XERO and OfficeTech would be a great plus.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and proficient in MS Office suite (Word & Excel).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with team members and clients.
Proactive and solution ‑ focused, with strong decision ‑ making and problem ‑ solving abilities.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM PHT) Hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.
Kuala Lumpur (Mid-Valley City, KL): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM MYT) Hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.
Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8:00AM – 5:00PM VNT) Hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.
