Chief Accountant (CPA)
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000
Location: Manila City

What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the accounting staff, fostering a culture of precision and integrity.
- Quality Control: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure audit-ready accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Streamline workflows to keep the department running smoothly.
Must-Have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience: 4–6 years of general accounting experience (the sweet spot for technical mastery).
Mindset: You are a natural teacher who takes pride in a perfectly balanced ledger.
