As Chef de Partie - Horizon, we rely on you to:

• Assist and support the Sous Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen
• Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
• Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
• Assist in maximising profitability
  
  

• Has previous experience as Chef de Partie in high volume catering/and or 5-star hotel environment
• Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
• Is knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes in English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Enjoys being challenged
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Willing to work shifts
