Your Role

As a Junior Certified Public Accountant (CPA), you will support the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis.

You Will

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system and perform vendor, bank, and account reconciliations
• Support the preparation of tax documentation for VAT, income tax, and other regulatory filings to ensure timely submission
• Maintain accurate financial records and schedules for internal and external audit requirements while ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with the finance team in gathering data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Basic understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or related industries
• Exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, or tax documentation processes
• Internship experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles
