Job Description

The Captive Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing the financial operations, including but not limited to accounting, reserving, premium processing, investment monitoring, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination. This role ensures the timely and accurate reporting of financial results, effective treasury management, and adherence to financial governance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Experience with insurance reserving, audit, and regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Exposure to process improvement or financial system upgrades is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent preferred
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent certification (preferred)
