The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer to support the growth of a luxury joinery operation by producing accurate, buildable designs across a range of residential projects. You will play a key role in turning architectural plans into high‑quality, manufacturing-ready outputs that drive seamless production.

What You’ll Do

  • Work across multiple residential joinery projects, from single-room cabinetry to full-home architectural fitouts.
  • Review architectural plans and prepare initial drawings to support project scoping and early estimation.
  • Develop shop drawings and production-ready CAD outputs aligned with manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations lead to ensure accuracy, buildability, and design consistency.
  • Adjust work across various project stages, from early concepts through to final manufacturing documentation.


Key Criteria

  • Strong background in cabinetry or joinery design within residential or architectural environments.
  • Proficiency in Mozaik CAD or Cabinet Vision, with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent projects with varying turnaround times.
  • General understanding of cabinetry hardware systems (e.g., Blum) and how they influence design.
  • Confident communicator who collaborates openly and contributes ideas to improve workflows.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
