Your Role

As a C++ Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using C++.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Developers.
• Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices.
• Implement and execute unit testing to ensure software quality and stability.
• Support software deployment activities and ongoing system enhancements.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in C++ software development.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with modern C++ standards (C++11, C++14, C++17, or C++20).
• Familiarity with STL, Boost, and other C++ libraries.
• Experience developing applications in Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
