Your Impact

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment.
• Collect, format, and analyze operational data using AI-assisted tools to identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct structured root cause analyses and develop predictive models to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Deliver insights and recommendations aligned with KPIs, budgets, and strategic targets to guide operational execution.
• Lead the design and adaptation of dashboards and reporting tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through automation and advanced methodologies.
• Build subject matter expertise in Cisco’s architectures and services to inform operational strategy.
• Advise leadership on operational risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Preferred business and financial certifications such as Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Visio, and Lucidchart.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly in cross-functional settings.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve operational planning and decision-making.

• Experience advising leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational governance.
