The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. A background in marketing is a strong advantage, as it supports lead generation and brand positioning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Marketing experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
