MedGrocers digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The Business Development Director is responsible for the company’s top-line growth and market positioning. This role involves identifying new revenue streams, architecting high-value partnerships with global pharma, and leading the entry into new healthcare verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the enterprise growth strategy, identifying new market segments and white-space opportunities within the Philippine healthcare landscape.
  • Direct the negotiation and closing of high-value strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies and insurance providers.
  • Lead the conceptualization and pilot testing of new "Medicine-as-a-Service" business models to diversify revenue streams.
  • Oversee the sales and partnership pipeline governance, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term profitability and impact goals.
  • Represent the company in high-level industry forums and executive networking to enhance MedGrocer’s market presence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6-12 years of experience in high-level business development, strategic sales, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million peso contracts and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills.
  • Must work onsite in Makati City.
