Job Description

The Loyalty Business Development Officer is responsible for strategizing, planning and executing demand generation and customer engagement programs to deliver program KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in creating and sustaining relationships with internal businesses of the bank, subsidiaries, affiliates and external partners in strategizing and executing programs and activities to support demand generation and increase revenues
  • Responsible in strategizing, developing and executing acquisition, customer engagement activities to drive customer growth, loyalty program participation rate, customer engagement, increase customer lifetime value and retention
  • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence studies and develop business cases to support program growth and target KPIs
  • Manage market and product research projects and create business growth plans that are aligned with bigger bank’s goals
  • Actively contributes to program platform technology development and roadmap
  • Reports program performance to Head of Loyalty and Head of CRM & Loyalty on a regular basis
  • Actively provides recommendations and inputs to management and other stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of programs in delivering revenues, increasing profitability and retaining clients
  • Keeps abreast with trends and best practices in the industry, and applies/implements them in own operations
  • Handles projects that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, entrepreneurship, technology
  • 5 or more years in business development, sales or marketing in large organization
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and business case development
  • Knowledge of financial service industry and products
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plan based on consumer insights
  • Knowledgeable in customer journey design and jobs to be done
  • Experience in working with marketing and advertising agencies and marketing technology providers
  • Knowledgeable in marketing and customer engagement technologies
