What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and change management.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Business Central implementations.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides for clients.
  
  
  

Key Criteria

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with finance, supply chain, HR, or inventory management modules is a plus.
• Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Certification is a nice to have.
• Prior experience in mid-sized or enterprise-level ERP implementations is highly preferred.
  
  
  

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
