The Business Analyst position at Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC is a critical new role designed to enhance our data integrity and reporting capabilities. This role exists because we believe that accurate data is the foundation of strategic decision-making, and we aim to strengthen our operations by having a dedicated expert in charge of data quality. The Business Analyst will transform our current data systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency, thus empowering our teams to deliver better outcomes for our clients and the firm alike.

What you’ll do:

• Data Integrity: Audit and refine data entry processes within Filevine and Lead Docket for accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting Development: Create and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with on-demand insights into firm operations.
• SOP Creation: Develop standard operating procedures for data capture and reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Compliance Enforcement: Monitor data entry practices, enforce standards, and ensure staff adherence to data protocols.
• KPI Support: Assist in the rollout and tracking of operational KPIs across departments, focusing on automation and efficiency.
