What You’ll Do
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Gather and analyze data to identify business needs, insights and opportunities that can help drive business decisions.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise between departments and communicate findings and recommendations to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Create detailed business requirements and documentation, including business cases, process maps, and system requirements.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use new systems and processes.
Key Criteria
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), project management software (JIRA, Trello), and familiar with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Familiar with programming languages like SQL or Python can be a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or similar certifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): US East Cost Business hours (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM in PHT). The work setup will be hybrid with 3 days/week in the office.
