What You’ll Do

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify business needs, insights and opportunities that can help drive business decisions.
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise between departments and communicate findings and recommendations to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Create detailed business requirements and documentation, including business cases, process maps, and system requirements.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use new systems and processes.


Key Criteria

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), project management software (JIRA, Trello), and familiar with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiar with programming languages like SQL or Python can be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or similar certifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US East Cost Business hours (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM in PHT). The work setup will be hybrid with 3 days/week in the office.
