The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Broker Support professional to join a growing offshore team in Manila, supporting the Australian market. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial insurance portfolios while working closely with senior brokers and underwriters!

What You’ll Do

  • Support brokers across corporate and commercial insurance portfolios
  • Prepare insurance proposals, presentations, and client meeting materials
  • Draft client correspondence and assist with policy documentation
  • Manage renewal processes, including follow-ups and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records in insurance CRM and policy management systems
  • Liaise with underwriters to obtain claims histories and support risk assessments


Key Criteria

  • Possess at least 3–5 years’ working experience supporting the Australian insurance brokerage market.
  • MUST have an experience using INSIGHT and SCTP system
  • Strong understanding and background in corporate and commercial insurance products
  • Understanding of insurance legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple workflows effectively


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours - Perth (8am–5pm PH local time) with full time onsite role
