What You’ll Do

  • Support brokers with policy renewals, endorsements, and ongoing client servicing across business insurance portfolios.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client files, ensuring all documentation is compliant, complete, and up to date.
  • Assist with claims processing, monitoring progress and supporting timely resolution.
  • Update and manage data across Insight, HubSpot, and SCTP systems to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support smooth day-to-day broking operations.
  • Ensure high attention to detail and turnaround times are met in line with service standards.


Key Criteria

  • Proven experience in a broker support or insurance administration preferably within the Australian insurance broking industry.
  • MUST have proficiency in using INSIGHT and experience with Sunrise and SCTP are strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of policy renewals claims processing, and client file management.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take instruction and execute it precisely.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup (once a week onsite) after a 6 months onsite probation.
