What You’ll Do

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to insurance brokers across daily broking activities
  • Prepare and manage key insurance documentation including expiry notices, underwriting submissions, quotations, confirmations of cover, and certificates of currency
  • Review insurer policy documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with the preparation of premium funding quotations
  • Liaise with clients and insurers on administrative matters, primarily via email
  • Maintain accurate data entry and support ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required


Key Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an insurance administration or broker support role preferably in supporting the Australian insurance business.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality documentation
  • Clear and professional written communication skills; confident in email-based correspondence
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple workflows effectively


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PH local time) with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home) after a 6 months onsite probation.
