About The Job

The Brand Executive Resource Specialist is responsible for managing content, creative assets, and output to ensure clear communication and support across the team and company. The Brand Executive Resource Specialist will also collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and corresponding deliverables, serve as a liaison between marketing stakeholders and the Content and Creative team, communicate project status updates to stakeholders, and manage creative tools and assets. This includes, but is not limited to, the digital asset management platform, tracking creative asset licensing, and ensuring assets are readily available to the marketing team and the company.

Additionally, the Brand Executive Resource Specialist will be responsible for managing franchise relationships, which involves providing quarterly marketing updates, assisting with access to creative assets, and evaluating compliance with established brand guidelines.

As a Brand Executive Resource Specialist, You Will…

  • Assist with the management of the project management system, ensuring adherence to workflow standards.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders and marketing operations to plan work according to business needs and team capacity.
  • Manage printed document tracking process, and ensure new items are logged on internal and external drives appropriately.
  • Manage freelance workflow and the relationship with Marketing & Innovation, including identifying projects best suited for outside support, providing outside support with the materials needed to be successful, and tracking project work and hours used by outside resources.
  • Maintain and monitor creative assets within the Storefront, Digital Asset Management system, and other marketing platforms.
  • Ensure all talent licensing is renewed promptly, and creative assets out of licensing are removed from circulation.
  • Maintain a tracking mechanism for creative assets, including, but not limited to, photography and videography, to ensure that all usage is in line with talent licensing limitations.
  • Coordinate the renewal and/or expansion of talent rights and maintain an accurate record of all expired assets. Expired assets will also be logged, monitored, and stored.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for print vendors, including setting up new materials for printing and delivery, organizing the structure of the Storefront, and communicating with vendors and stakeholders about inventory in the Storefront.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on printed inventory, accurate billing to marketing and other stakeholders within the organization, accurate record-keeping of assets available for order, historic reporting of orders placed, on-time delivery, and negotiating prices to ensure we get the best price per project.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of work by maintaining regular communication with Creative and Content colleagues and marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing operations and content teams to plan for and manage content calendars and Content and Creative capacity.
  • Communicate effectively with marketing stakeholders to ensure understanding of project status and their role in the completion of projects that drive organizational growth.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication to support content/creative teams.

As a Brand Executive Resource Specialist, You Need…

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in design, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a designer, writer, or project/traffic manager in a creative capacity is preferred, though the role is administrative in nature.
  • Proven experience utilizing project management software.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to evolving needs.
  • Proficient in navigating and managing challenging conversations effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, including the ability to balance the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and a strong focus on achieving measurable results in engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of maintaining performance under pressure.
