• Design technical specifications for integration, software, and database solutions that support enterprise-wide interoperability.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations and APIs, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across environments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation, including API landscapes, data architecture, system designs, and infrastructure models.
• Monitor production environments, proactively identify issues, and provide ongoing support for deployed integrations and APIs.
• Maintain and enhance the integration platform, ensuring systems remain current with patching, configuration, and platform updates.
• Apply DevOps, ITIL, and Agile practices to drive continuous improvement across integration solutions and delivery processes.
• Work as part of an agile team using continuous integration, automated testing, deployment pipelines, application monitoring, and production support practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and improve system interoperability across platforms.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in integration design and development, including hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms.
• Proven experience developing integrations using Dell Boomi Atmosphere and API Management platforms..
• Strong experience designing and developing integration solutions using APIs and web services, with hands-on development exposure to .NET and Java.
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, development methodologies, and agile delivery frameworks, preferably Scrum.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and data architecture across multiple database platforms.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis across system and data processes to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• High attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate, and maintainable technical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.
