THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is one of the USAs leading providers of medical evaluation services, supporting veterans, reservists, and federal employees across the country. They deliver high-quality, timely, and objective assessments through a vast network of healthcare professionals and modern, well-equipped facilities. Their comprehensive services include general medical evaluations, behavioral health assessments, diagnostic imaging, lab work, and other specialized health screenings.

They are looking for 4x Billing Administrator to join their Manila team! This role plays a crucial role in supporting their revenue cycle operations for charge capture and entry, and claims management.

This position requires daily onsite work at our BGC Taguig office, aligned with US Central time which corresponds to 4:00pm-1:00am PHT, Monday-Friday. During training period, working hours will be 9:00pm-6:00am PHT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter all charges into Practice Suite to ensure time billing.
  • Verify services to be billed using appointment letters, confirmations, and diagnostic orders/test results for ancillary billing.
  • Select appropriate billing codes and modifiers manually from the master fee schedule.
  • Manage a high volume of claims
  • Submit claims using HCFA forms to vendors


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Proven experience in medical billing and claims management in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of billing codes, modifiers, and claim submissions processes.
  • Knowledge of CPT codes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel or billing software like Practice Suite
  • Ability to handle high-volume billing efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain client confidentiality
