Role Overview

As a BI Analyst at RZR, you will transform data into the dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive decisions across Revenue, Product, and Operations. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions across assigned business domains — working closely with stakeholders, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver reporting that is fast, accurate, and actionable.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You will write production SQL, build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and use Python to automate and improve reporting workflows. You will also serve as a key partner to cross-functional teams who depend on your work to understand performance and make informed decisions.

The right person for this role is detail-oriented and analytically rigorous — someone who takes initiative on reporting health, communicates proactively when something looks off, and continuously looks for ways to make data more accessible and useful across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Work with stakeholders to identify, define, and track KPIs and business metrics
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation, and ad-hoc reporting scripts
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency across reporting systems
• Analyze large datasets to surface trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business teams
• Own timely delivery of BI outputs in line with business goals and project timelines
• Maintain clear documentation for processes, data models, and dashboards
• Identify and drive improvements to existing dashboards and reporting pipelines for better scalability and performance
• Communicate proactively on reporting health, data issues, and metric changes — without waiting to be asked
• Support peer analysts through work reviews, troubleshooting, and coverage
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
• Strong SQL proficiency — advanced queries including joins, CTEs, and window functions
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI tool
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and reports
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and across teams
